Our interactions are confidential, with limited exceptions when there is an immediate safety concern. We are here to listen, support, and help connect you with the right resources.

FAST — the Frontline Assistance and Support Team — is for situations where a first responder may be at risk, in crisis, or in significant distress and needs immediate support. This may include concerns about a responder’s immediate well-being, severe emotional distress, suicidal thoughts or behaviors, significant behavioral changes, or any situation where rapid peer support and connection to appropriate care is needed.
We provide a safe, confidential outlet to discuss any issue impacting your well-being. This includes major critical incidents, cumulative stress, daily frustrations, or personal struggles at home. You are speaking with a fellow first responder who understands the culture and the toll the job can take. You are not alone.
Your conversation is strictly confidential and will not be shared with your department, supervisors, or administrators.
